I went to beauty outlet for assistance today. I know I took a long time choosing my hair. But do not get smart with a customer. I didn't get smart with you. At all I was just asking for help. The wife or woman who own the store she was putting on eyeliner and her boyfriend or son was there with her. She had attitude with the hair I choose and he got a attitude because I was not sure of the hair I wanted. The only that that should have been said to me was if you not sure you should buy a hair magazine and bring back to us the son or boyfriend didn't have to say. I don't care what you like or looking at and walk away the first time. I have ever went into any hair store and had a problem never and my life and the receipt says Customer Satisfaction is our goal it was not today sorry. 1 star from me I'm glad I am the first one to post a comment.
