I went as a walk-in because I was running behind on time so I couldn't go to my usual salon(Hair Cuttery: Bell Creek). According to them I was the first customer that morning since they opened 2 hours prior: now I know why. I've always went to hair cuttery at another location, so I knew what I wanted. I told the stylist, Renee but she just kept talking as if I didn't know what I was talking about. These aren't even the bad parts. I got burned on my forehead by the flattening iron while I was getting my hair done, mind you the wire kept hitting my face. That was pure negligence. Now I have an inch long black mark on my forehead. Renee then covered it with a bang, after apologizing, so I didn't recognize the extent of the burn until I got home. I hated the atmosphere and they all seem unprofessional especially the one that was doing my hair who I think is the leader. It was just a bad salon experience in general. I will NEVER go back to them again. I will stick to my location in Bell Creek.
