I've been getting my hair done there since Fall 2009 and I love it. The ladies inside are always really nice and they do a great job on my hair. They are not unprofessional and some have claimed; they are slightly more relaxed so you don't have to be stiff as a board why getting your hair done. There's a shop downstairs where you can get food so it's convenient. The price is reasonable for a Richmond hair salon, especially for certain lace wigs and sew-ins than compared to the shops on Broad Street!
OWNER IS VERY RUDE! I TOTALLY agree with everything stated! The owner is very VERY rude! I experienced the some of the same things you mentioned, and thought maybe she was having a bad day at the time. But I see my first impression of her was absolutely spot on! In fact, I think she may have closed her door for good, and if so maybe that will teach her a lesson about running her money away by being so durn rude.
Ask for Jessica, you won't be disappointed.
