Very nice selection. It seems even better since they upgraded the back. Would definitely recommend. Update: It's painful to spend money with people who don't understand my haircare needs. The staff can not answer fashion questions and what beauty products work for a customer in my (xyz) situation. This is only convenient by default. I'm sure hiring a staff of diverse individuals who comprehend the needs of the community and can answer questions isn't a priority, getting the money is. I'm just saddened by the options available. It's all a hustle.
I HAD "THE WORST" EXPERIENCE AT THIS HAIR STORE EVER....I NORMALLY SHOP FROM HAIR STORE TO HAIR STORE. AND I FOUND A WIG AT THIS LOCATION I THOUGHT I LOVED...UNTIL I GOT IT HOME. I NORMALLY WEAR WEAVE SO ONCE I TOOK THE WEAVE OUT AND WRAPPED MY NATURAL HAIR UP I REALIZE THE WIG WAS TOO BIG FOR MY HEAD...AND THE TOP OF THE WIG WOULD NOT LAY DOWN...IT JUST STAY UP...I TRIED TO PIN IT..BRUSH IT...EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF TO LAY IT DOW WITHOUT DAMAGING THE WIG. WELL...NOTHING WORKED. I DIDNT THINK I WAS GOING TO RETURN THE WIG CUZ I ALREADY CUT ALL THE TAGS OFF AND PUT ON MY HEAD. BUT SOMEONE TOLD ME TO AT LEAST TRY TO GET STORE CREDIT...THIS WIG COST ME $103.00. AND LET ME JUST SAY THIS WAS THE "DISPLAY"...THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE IN THE COLOR I WANTED...AND THE $103.00 WAS A DISCOUNTED PRICE! SO I BRING THE WIG BACK AND THEY GAVE ME THE WORST TIME EVER! TALKING AOBUT THERE WAS MAKEUP ALL INTHE INSIDE OF THE WIG...1ST OF ALL I DONT WEAR FOUNDATION....SO IT WASNT MINE...LIKEI SAID THIS WAS A DISPLAY WIG...MANY PEOPLE HAD TRIED THIS ITEM ON SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I CAME ALONE TO PURCHASE....WHEN TRYING TO HAVE A CALM CONVERSATION WITH THE OWNERS...THE BEGAN TALKING 'THEIR" LANGUAGE AMONG EACH OTHER...SHUT ME OUT THE CONVERSATION...AND WHEN THEY FINALLY SAID SOMETHING TO ME IT WAS IN A LOUD TONE...I REPEATLY HAD TO SAY...IM STAYING RIGHT HERE...WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME? TALK TO ME...NOT EVERYONE IN THE STORE... THEY TALKED OVER ME...UNDER ME...THRU ME...I BEGAN TO REALIZE PEOPLE OF A DIFFERENT CULTURE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVCE SKILLS...THEY DONT CARE HOW THEY SPEAK TO YOU BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE PRODUCTS WE NEED AND WANT AND EVEN IF I STOPPED COMING....50 MORE PEOPLE WILL BE COMING THRU THEIR DOORS AFTER I HAD LEFT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY EVENUALLY DECIDED TO GVIE ME A $50.00 CREDIT...YES...$50.00 I MADE SURE I REMAINED COOL AND CALM. BECAUSE AS SOON AS I WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO ACT OUT MY NORM...THEY WOULD HAD DENIED ME THAT LIL CREDIT...NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEVER NEVER WOULD EVER GO THERE AGAIN...HELL...IM IN PROCESS OF GOING NATURAL JUST SO I DONT HAVE TO GIVE THEM OR ANY OTHER "HAIR STORE" OWNER MY MONEY!!!! BEWAREEEEEEEEEEE....
