I got my hair cut and colored at the Hair Masters (Smokey Pt, Arlington)...I didn't know what I wanted so I let the stylist decide...it took almost four hours for the person to cut/color my hair...I got home and cried...it's the worst hair cut/color I've ever had...the color looks unnatural and the cut is just terrible...I could style my hair so much better than the stylist did when I left...I had to pay the bill before I saw the finished style...if I would have known how bad it was I wouldn't have given the stylist a tip.
This place has always been great to me. If you dont know what you want done with your hair and you leave it up to the stylist, you cant really get angry if you don't like it. Show up prepared and with an idea of how you want your hair to look and they'll do great.
