My daughter got a cut and color. Cut was great but the color was not what she wanted. When we expressed this and asked if they could fix it, the salon owner blamed my daughter and said that she had "insisted" on the color - which was not the case at all. She then said she would fix it at my daughter's expense. My daughter had already spent over $75 plus a generous tip of her own money (a fortune for her!) and there was no way she could have afforded more. When I called to express the fact that the "blame" and lack of willingness to fix the color cost what would have been a loyal customer, the salon owner hung up on me! We will not be going there again. Attention owner - better customer service would have resulted in an entirely different review. In this small town - it's a shame you lost a customer.
