I've never been to this salon before but I really needed to get my nails done for a decent price and didn't want to go to a chop shop. I made an appointment on Monday march 11th to get my nails done for Wednesday march 13th. supposedly this day was fully open so the nail technician asked me to pick what time would be best. shes a new nail technician at classy lass from California and she says she has only been here for 3 months. when I spoke with her over the phone we explained in detail what we were going to do. I told her that I had a few nails broken off from the last place that I got them done at. she told me that we would do a full new set no problem and that she would sculpt them rather than do tips. so this morning when I showed up right on time for my appointment at first she wasn't even expecting me, she totally forgot that I was coming in and then after looking at my nails she tells me that her entire day is full and her next appointment is exactly 1 hour after mine so she's not going to have any time to do anything at all for me. I asked her what was she expecting to do for my nails when she made the appointment and she says, I thought we were doing a fill. this just amazes me because first of all even if I agreed to it, she doesn't have any of the right supply's to fix my broken nails (that I told her about) or any of the same colors for the fill. if I got my nails done at a totally different place then why would I be coming to her to fix my broken nails and do a fill? there's no way she could of been expecting to do a fill we never even talked about a fill. it really made me upset to have to wake up early in the morning to get to a 9 am appointment just to waste gas and get sent home. I have been to beauty school and the first most important thing we learned was about being professional. I was so shocked that this lady really turned me away. I will never be going back to that salon for anything. she was not professional and she was very un-organised. mistake or not there was absolutely no excuse for what happened. it was unbelievable. if your smart you will never go to classy lass salon for your nails.
