VERY unprofessional! They were uneducated on many medically important details. The entire experience was a nightmare. Save your money, and go to an equally priced, clean, and knowledgeable facility. Vancouver and Portland have so many, it's hard to go wrong (unless of course, you go here)! I would've paid much more than I did, to NOT have had my treatment, knowing what I know now.
if you're looking for customer service don't go here. very hard to communicate with people that never call you back. good thing they don't handle emergencies or life and death treatments.
