I went to Erica at the Salon to have my hair highlighted and my bangs shaped and trimmed. What I got was fried hair and a stylist who cut my hair without even having permission to do so. I have had to have several more inches cut off to attempt to get rid of the damage but it will take several more cuts and a couple of years (my hair only grows 2 inches a year) to repair it!. I asked her to cut my bangs and the next thing I know she has taken it upon herself to cut 3 inches off the bottom of my hair with her thinning shears, I literally jumped out of her chair when i realized that she was cutting my hair and I hadnt even told her that i wanted it cut!. Then she told me my hair was 1980's and too full and needed to be thinned according to her. Well i didnt ask her opinion nor did i tell her to cut and change my hairstyle. I am mortified and so unbelievably furious. Just who do these people think they are to just do whatever the hell they please to your hair!. Unbelievable!
