great job by the new owner. I have been visiting Reggie for my and my boys' haircuts for 9 years at a different shop, now he started this business. you cannot go wrong with him or his staff.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to write this one. If you don't read anything, please just read the next line. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! Why? Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life at any shop. The barber did not utter a single friendly word during the entire session, in fact he was extremely rude (read the entire conversation below). Three dogs kept roaming around the filthy looking shop, one of them kept smelling me often. They were barking on each other every now and then. No air conditioning, the door was wide open when I walked in and it was really humid in there. My guy refused to use scissors, so they can only do buzz cuts. Here is what happened: I call them up asking if they take appointments, the guy says no we just do walk ins. I go there, and I see the guy finishing up someone, after he was done, he just went in the back to do his own thing. When he finally comes out, he is like I have another appointment (what happened to the we do walk ins?) This should have indicated me to leave but I badly wanted a haircut the same day. When he finally starts on me is when all hell breaks loose. He then asks me how do I want them, I said I have a picture and showed him the pic on my phone. He then says "how short?" and I was like as they are in the picture. He is like tell me the exact length, and I was stunned. Why did I not leave then? I don't know, perhaps I was meant to be doomed. I just told him to use a number 3 clipper on the sides. Anyways, the guy starts the haircut, does the sides and then starts with the clippers even on the top. I interrupted and requested him to use scissors on the top and guess what he replied! "I DON'T CUT WITH SCISSORS!!". By that time, I was really scared. If I said anything mean now, the man could completely screw up my hair. The best thing to do was to not interrupt anymore and just make sure he does not go very short so that I can go to another shop after he was done. That is exactly what I did and swore never to go to such this filthy shop again.
