I have been in there a few times simply because it's the closest thing to home. The woman are so rude! I get acrylics and I have had the owner and I did not like her. She was ruff and did a very sloppy job. Thus last time I went I looked at the reviews and there was one woman that everyone said was nice and Di a good job. I made an appt, and wanted to just get the 25 dollar set, I went in 5 minutes early for my appt, and was told to wait. I waited 25 minutes. When I finally got started, she was doing great she asked what colors I wanted and I asked if I could get a striped design, she said yes she started scetchy it for reference on a napkin because my phone was going to die, then the manager walks over and says something in their language. All of a sudden it's 6 dollars extra to have my nails painted with stripes! Then I said no, I just wanted one finger painted a different color, so I'm getting my acrylics and I get then my usual length, and the manager lady looks over and they start talking in their language again, now I'm getting told i have to get them cut shorter or else it's 3 dollars extra. And mind you, my nails I do not get this long, maybe .5 a centimeter from my actual nail, not even long! So I get switched lady's and the next lady is quite old, I can't understand a word she said and she does such a sloppy job on painting them! I was very upset because I wanted a relaxing day and they did not give me that. I will never go back again!
This place is HORRIBLE!! I'm a 23 year old mom and a wife, I wanted a french manicure on my nail, after one of the ladies began my nails she did the whole cuticle and shaping of the nail she began to ask what I do for a living and if I'm a student and I told her I don't work I'm married and have a kid she then did a lotion massage asked me when I sat back down before proceeding to go pay!? I did not like that so I came to the front paI'd with my card and wrote no tip (because I had extra cash in my purse so I thought if I like it ill tip her in the end) she began with my nails, after 3 min the lady that took my payment pretends to clean a table next to us and says something to her in their language she then began to be very rude and started to work a lot faster after she had finished I looked at my nails and the white tip on the sides of my nails was a crooked white line on 3 finger nails on both hands I walked out livid I can do a job like that at home myself! She didnt earn no tip, lost a customer, and earned a bad review... save your time and money people!
One of the best waxings I have had...she is super fast
Horrible customer service- I have actually never been to this establishment. And I will never set foot in there because they treat people so rudely. I purchased a voucher from Living Social for waxing services last spring. I went to print it out and found that the merchant had marked it as used. After contacting LS and being referred to Seattle Hill, I called to ask how this could have happened. The woman was extremely rude. She said she could not do anything to help me. I asked about how someone else redeemed my voucher, she said they had thousands of customers from this promotion and someone else must have used mine. She also told me that they make no money from the promotion, which I guess was supposed to make me feel better that I have lost money through no fault of my own. I really should have checked out this place a little better before buying a voucher.
I have been a loyal client for over two years. They really are the pink/white specialists! They offer a variety of services, but my favorite is the color-acrylic powder! Their pedicure stations are always clean and the staff is friendly and professional. They have reasonable pricing and quality work. I would and have recommended them to everyone.
