I have gotten my hair colored at Salon O since it opened and have never been let down! Jill is an expert with color and offers great suggestions which always turn out great! I have gotten highlights, overall color and ombré. All of these have turned out amazing! I travel here from Northeast Bellevue and it's worth the drive!

This place is terrible. Classic case of poor management and under-trained hair stylists. Tabatha's salon take over couldnt even flip this place around. Most of the hair dressers do not know how to cut hair. The price they charge is out rageous for what you get. Rudy's can beat this place any day, and thats not saying much. You get what you pay for, I would recommend you avoid it unless you want girls fresh from greenwood hair academy learning the trade on your head. Today we were told to come in at 1030 and when we showed up, we were informed there would be no stylists in until 1130. So we had the choice of waiting an hour with the akward receptionist alone or moving on. Move on we did. Sadly it has the feeling of being at a 7-11. There is nothing great inside, nothing needed or worth going in for, yet it somehow never goes out of business and just sits there, an eye sore with no relevance or importance. I vote for the space to be taken over by a 7-11 infact, at least then you wouldnt be over charged for crap.

The highlights and cut I received were good. Try to get a brazilian blowout elsewhere, however. It was done incorrectly, and I quickly realized why it was cheaper than everywhere else -- hair was STILL frizzy and actually looked exactly the SAME as before the $200 treatment. Wish I knew and saved myself a ton of money. I researched more on the Brazilian Blowout website, and my hair should NOT look the same after this treatment. Perhaps their stylists need more training before charging and performing this new treatment on trusting clients.

Madelyn is awesome. She always calls to confirm my appt and sends me a thank you after the appt. She is good about suggesting different styles. I always like the way my hair looks.

I have known the owner of Salon O, Jill, for years and highly recommend her and her staff's services. I've trusted her with my color for over 15 years and have gone from brunette to platinum and back again many times without sacrificing the health of my hair. I love the salon's vibe and trust the recommendations from the staff - every product I've ever bought from the salon I've loved.
