I LOVE Sorella ! Never before have I had such an amazing experience with exemplary hair stylist ! I was the kind of customer that would always leave a salon dissatisfied with the finished product. My hair was never the right color, they cut too much off, or styled it ugly ... That was NOT the case with both my experiences at Sorella, the search for the perfect salon ends here !! I have had my hair done at the Issaquah location by Erica Constable and it was perfection ... I didn't think it could get any better until I tried the Kirkland location when it opened (nearer to my home) and got a full foil by Makaila Crinks ! I'm infatuated with the salon and recommend it to everyone ! These are some class act gals that know exactly what they are doing !

Nicole does a great job. She gave me a great Gwyneth Paltrow haircut! :) I've been to both the Kirkland and Issaquah locations and both are great. The Kirkland location is more convenient for me but like them both.

When the team opened up a salon in Kirkland, I was giddy. It was a mere mile from my apartment. I met Jacquelynn and was introduced to the wonders of Oribe. Whenever I pass Kirkland, I make a pitstop and stock up on my favorites. I can't wait until they finish their expansion and check it out.

Do not go to this salon. The stylists are the worst and the least trained in the State. This is a salon that wants to take your money and has no concern if you are happy. They have a reputation of placing fake reviews on Yelp , so beware! They are charging you for marketing, yet only rent out to their stylists. This is a factory setup where you get rushed in and out to make money for the stylist. Friends of mine had their hair fall out after a overall color treatment at this salon. Run to barber before you call on this horrible salon. Too bad you can not give out minus points or zero stars, as this is what they deserve. your money a

I just recently started going to Sorella about 6 months ago, before I was driving all the way up to Bellingham to get my hair done (yes, new hair stylists make me nervous). But a friend told me she really liked the Salon so I tried out one of their new hairstylists and I LOVED her! She always makes sure that I am satisfied with the color and cut. It’s so hard to find a decently priced salon in the Seattle area that gives you good results. I see other reviews that say it’s too expensive- but it’s about average and who wants a cheap haircut?! You get what you pay for...great atmosphere and wonderful service!!
