Terrible business!!!!! Go somewhere else to support a business that actually follows through on what they claim. Had been ordering professional hair and beauty product through this company for years. They consistently delivered less than mediocre service. Orders shipped were incomplete, mislabeled, and delayed. Apparently it is their policy to not inform you if an order is on backorder, incomplete, or they decided to not carry anymore (w/o notice) and then to cancel backordered items without indicating on order or communicating otherwise. Their reps are a joke, disorganized, and have a high turnover. The retail stores are a disaster too with consistently being out of stock of many items (especially popular ones with not restocking for weeks at a time), closing early without any explanations (and when an order was confirmed to be picked up), as well they have been selling to non-professionals on a number of occasions when I've been at the retail store. I truly have no idea how they can stay in business consistently delivering such poor service especially on such a high over priced product.
