Took my little kid in to TRIM his long curly hair. Essence hacked it off in one fell swoop, without doing and test snips or pausing to check with us to see if the length was OK.
He went in with long hair, came out with short hair.
They were friendly to my kid, and they have some toys to entertain waiting kids, which is something positive, but that doesn't make up for ruining two years of hair growth.
This is a great find!! I saw Lindsay for an eyebrow sugaring and it was excellent! I love the shaping she did and the treatment included a relaxing hand massage and mud mask, which means I left feeling quite happy, *and* no give-away redness around the eyebrows, so I could head straight to work, no problem! ;o) I will definitely return to Lindsay for my next eyebrow sugaring!!! I love that its right in my neighborhood and on my normal commute along Lake City Way.
