the worst salon experience i have ever had, hands down. My stylist, the owner, burned her clients head with a curling iron before my turn in the chair. When it was my turn, I told her exactly what i wanted, I wanted to cut a LOT of length off and I wanted bangs. I showed her exactly how short I wanted to go, she went about 2-3 inches longer than that. The bangs she gave me were horribly crooked and they were so thin that they barely were noticable. Needless to say, I went home afterwards and fixed it as best i could with the kitchen shears. I then went to great clips later that same week and they fixed it fabulously for me. They did exactly what styles unlimited failed to do, listen to their client.
