I love beauty products, And they do have a great selection of items for the beauty junkie. But the staff is usually pretty rude and not interested in helping out the public. Don't ever ask for help! They staff usually doesn't know or care about what you're asking about. The only reason I go there is because they do have a good rewards system for customers and it's close. If there was a Sephora around here, I would definate go there instead.

Go see Laura at Ulta Salon Vancouver! She's been doing my hair for a while and does a fabulous job! I never write reviews but after reading the ones on here.. I had to! Laura is amazing, she's professional and listens to my ideas before getting started. Somehow she takes my thin dishwater blond hair and makes it shiny and full! Laura rocks and you'll be happy with the finished product.
It was 5:55 and they closed at 6. I knew what I had to get and they still wouldn't let me in! All they did was give me dirty looks like I wasnt supposed to be outside the shop! Very rude and the other times I've been there they don't even know what they are doing. Let alone know how to do there makeup! Also way over priced!
I love ulta and this is the only one in my area unfortunately. The employees are very rude. They aren't helpful at all and they never smile. They could at least pretend to be nice!
