The best salon experience I've ever had! I look forward to going to every appointment! They massage your head, neck and face when they wash your hair. Everyone is very pleasant and obviously enjoys their work.

I called last minute and was able to be seen immediately. It was my first time there, so they gave me a tour around the salon.. it was very clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Jesse cut my hair and did great, even though I did not bring in any pictures of what I wanted, she was able to translate what I described into a great hairstyle. She was also very informative and gave me sort of a step by step turtorial on how to style my hair the way I wanted it. I definitely plan on going back.

The WORST hair cut that I have ever had. The wash and massage were great but now I am stuck with a hairstyle that looks like I got it done at the mall. I walked in with an edgy inverted bob and walked out looking like I had a bad Princess Di cut. Nothing about this cut is good. I have to get a pixie just to even up the so-called layers. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I cried!

I had been to another salon in Morgantown where the hair stylist cut my hair short, with no style and colored it orange and pink! After crying for 2 days, I searched for a Paul Mitchell salon and found Laura Kirk. I went in for a consultation and the hair stylists were great. They told me they could color correct my hair and style it, but due to the damage by the previous salon, they could not do color block. I scheduled an appointment and 3 different hair stylists worked on my hair. Miracle, Brenna and Mallory did an awesome job! They colored it a great auburn, trimmed it and texturized it. I now can go out and about and not feel like Bozo the clown. I highly recommend this salon and thestylists!!!! Janice
