I waited an hour and a half (there were only 6 people in front of me- most were men getting buzz cuts) and when I got to the chair, she didn't even comb my hair before she cut it. She looked at the picture reference for one second and "had it" My hair is uneven and it looks terrible, I'm going to be wearing my hair up in hopes of hiding the disaster. I want my money (and hair) back.
