Jenny was awesome! Very kind, personable, and really great at taking direction. I'm not from around there, and I afraid if what I would run into, but I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going here!

I called to get a hair appointment and whoever answered the phone told me she would check her schedule to see when she could get me in. Didn't ask for my name or number or even what I wanted and hung up on me. A week later still waiting for her to call me back. Interesting way to treat someone prepared to drop some money.

I believe that if any of the below people thought that she was rude, they were probably rude first. Ambience is the only place i dare get my hair cut in Laramie. I've had a few extreme cuts in the past four years, and yet she always knew how to go about it. She's EXCELLENT at her job, and also a great conversationalist. Her place is always really well decorated, so the salon is aptly named. It's clean, professional, and fun--every time.

RUDE! Not only are the prices outrageous they are incredibly rude on top of that. I called in to see what starting price is for an updo, once she told me $65 and up she asked if I wanted to make an appointment. When I explained to her that I was just calling to get a price but had a few more questions she hung up on me! How do they expect to get business?? RUDE!

Ambience GREATEST experience EVER I have had when it comes to hair salons. She does wonderful color and cut. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else!!! She is so much fun and loves to have a good time with her clients. She knows exactly what I want done when I try and explain it and she does it. I have NEVER had a problem when going to Ambience. I get so many compliments on my hair and I tell EVERYONE to go to Ambience!
