I had a 90-minute massage with hot stone add-on and reflexology and it was so amazing. Shannon was my masseuse and she is phenomenal! Don't be deceived by her size - she might be tiny but she's got some powerful hands. I have been having lower back problems and she worked wonders on my back. The entire staff at this place is so friendly, the ambiance is so relaxing...I just can't say enough good things about it. Not too impressed with the reflexology, maybe I would feel different if someone explained it to be while they were doing it but I didn't really feel like it was anything special. But all around, this place is awesome!

Melanie is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She is amazing. I really feel like she pays attention to every hair on my head!

I had a facial here. The facial was excellent, HOWEVER I don't appreciate their deceptive pricing. I received an email that stated that they were offering facial/massage for $69. Got there and upon the end of my facial was told it cost $99. When I told the customer service rep about my email, she promptly told me did you read "the fine print", which stated $69 was promotional upon signing up for a membership. Of course with most fine print, it was small and blended in with the background of the advertisement. However, the 69 was LARGE and PROMINENT. Something tells me Blue Medspa has been losing business to resort to such tactics. They definitely have lost my business.

Great spa, have had a facial, hair treatments and massage here. I enjoyed all of them, my only critique would be that they need to have robes and towels for the XL and XXL people coming to the spa. They also need to update their website to make it more user friendly. You have to search quite a bit for the true specials which makes it hard to decide what you want to do. The staff is friendly, the services are good and the amenities are also nice. I would say for Atlanta, Blue is one of the good ones.

Blue MedSpa is everything they say they are and more. The knowledgeable staff was friendly from the moment I stepped into the door, making sure all of my questions were answered and informing me of all their deals and specials. The facility itself is beautiful. Every inch portrays a professional, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. I got a swedish massage from a wonderful lady named Kelly. She was so sweet! I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I would recommend this place to anyone! They have services for everyone, no matter what it is you're looking for!
