Love love love this place, the atmosphere is very very nice. Super clean & good brands of polish. They have pedi chairs for the little ones. They offer wine & sodas. They have never rushed anytime I've been there which I appreciate. I want my nails done right not rushed & sloppy. I've had to go back twice now b/c a tip snapped off, they refused to let me pay for the nail repair & one time it was my fault. Very minimal language barrier. Oh and if you get a massage, it's wonderful. This is an awesome place. & they have Nexgen which is amazing, a great balance between gel & arcylics, I haven't found it at other salons yet, people don't know what they are missing.

Very slow and they don't listen. I wanted strong durable nails and they did gel, which chipped and cracked in less than a week (4 days actually) went back to have them fix it or do solars like I had asked for originally and they wanted another $40!! Never going back.

I got a GEL manicure and it looked like a little girl painted my nails. It was horrible that all the workers of the nail salon came over to look. The manager did not give me a discount and the only reason I did not have someone else redo it, bc I did gel. I'm so upset that I paid $78 for a shitty job.
