I live near Urban Nails and although I have been there only infrequently until recently, it has always been an excellent experience. They are competitively priced, have an incredible selection of nail polish and nail tip colours/designs, and the staff is very pleasant. They also very helpful regarding damaged nails and very gentle in their efforts to help; one of my gel nails lost a fight with a slammed drawer and I headed straight over to see if they could help me at Urban Nails. They were able to take me right away as a walk-in, were able to gently remove the tip and gel coating without further damaging the nail, and then got it cleaned up and treated with a nail strengthener. Additionally, much to their credit, they will not hesitate to recommend against something that they are concerned won't be a good idea and they will also refuse service when something is completely inadvisable for nail health, such as when a customer wants tips put onto a nail showing signs of a fungal infection. Urban Nails has earned themselves a lot of loyal regulars by not being afraid to say no when it could cause harm.

I live not far from Urban Nails, drive or walk past it everyday for over a year and never been in! I noticed their sign outside with a really good price of $25 for Gel Nail Colour. Ive heard about the nail varnish & figured it would be hopefully good for me, as I wreck normal nail varnish in a day. Popped in past today on the off chance they would have time to do my nails today. I was asked to just take a seat and they would be with me in about 10 minutes. There were other clients being seen to at the time. Sure enough, 10 minutes later then took me. Lovely range of colours to choose from in both normal colours and the gel ones. The girls that were working were both very chatty, polite and I sat having a good laugh with them and the other two people getting nails done! All in all, I really liked the place! Its bright & clean, the staff were lovely and my nails are fab! The price was also very very good I thought! I will definitely be going back!!!

Needed something done without appointment, they were about to close and they still took me. This is going above and beyond thanks.

Went to Urban Nails last night for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. The place was immaculate and very nicely decorated. They currently have three pedicure stations with massage chairs and are planning on getting a fourth. The chairs were awesome! The best massage chair I've ever sat in. We were served by two very pleasant women, one of whom is the owner. The service was excellent and the cost can't be beat (with their current promotion my pedicure and manicure together came to $42 and change)! Highly recommended.
