When I booked my appointment I was my hair would be cut by the salon manager. Rod was a horrible excuse for a stylist, he did not listen to what I wanted, nor did he care when I complained about my now mullet cut. I left the salon before he could touch my bangs, and instead of saying sorry rod hustled me out and hid in the back room while I paid the cashier. I immediately went and got the cut fixed to the best of the stylists ability at another salon. Very disappointed in chatters customer service and quality of the stylists.
Went in for a permanent straightening. Showered the next day and followed all instructions and I had wings. Even after they assured me that wouldn't happen. Going in for a refund tomorrow and I better get or there'll be lawyers involved. $150 down the drain.
