The worst most unprofessional nail service you can get. I have perviously done nails for 15 years. I decided to use them one day as it was convenient, The girls have no clue what they are doing. I was appalled by the job the lady next to me had done at that time I didn't think mine were bad. The next day I lost my first nail and 7 out of the 9 remaining were all lifting. By day 7 I had lost 3 nails and by day 9 I was done to 6 nails remaining. There is no point in going back as they will sit you with the same person, therefore I couldn't be bothered. I also I was entitled to a free nail design which was never even mentioned.
Very bad quality. Central city location (new one by shoppers drug mart lower level) is 100 times better. Willowbrook mall location is better too. People yelling an complaining of nails breaking the next day, my design looked weak and one nail broke too.
