Terrible customer service. You will be very lucky if you're acknowledged while there. I waited 15 minutes for a hair cut, and walked out because I had no idea when I would be served. The owner was walking in and out of a back room pretending to be busy with her cell phone, and not once did she acknowledge me or this other girl waiting (before me!). Oh I forgot...I was spoken to. I just walked in, and before I could even sit, the owner's son (probably 10 yrs) tried to tap me for some 'fundraising' dollars! He had no idea what the fundraising was for. When I asked him if he had any paperwork from his school, he pulls out some worn brochure. He didn't want me to open it because it would fall apart! And this was in his mother's presence, so she condones it. He apparently also tried to tap this girl (who was waiting) before I arrived. Not going there again.

I went there 2 weeks ago about 45 mins before closing. The lady was free at the time but they were already wrapping things up for the day. I asked for threading of sideburns and chin to the lady that was there and she was very unpleased that she had to do it. She would have rather waxed my face because its easier for her to do. She was trying to convince me to get the wax done but I calmly explained that my face doesn't react well to wax. This lady not only did a rush job but she also threaded the skin off my face is several areas and caused minor cuts. I think she did that just to spite me honestly. Not only was she not gentle with the threading itself but also with positioning my head and holding the skin. She was not pleasant to receive the service from. She also missed a few spots (obviously) as it was rushed. The young girl with glasses who handles the register is always polite and well spoken, though I don't know if she has other duties. When she finished, I got out of my chair to look myself in the mirror but before I could confirm with her that she did okay, she allowed the next (and last) guest into the chair I was sitting in, not giving me the option to get her mistakes fixed even though she had the time. I walked over to the register where this same lady collected my payment. The other girl locked the doors on the inside while I was getting threaded but instead of telling me to wait so she can unlock it, she watched me walk right into the locked door then said something after my attempt to leave, again I think just to spite me for making her do her job. Horrible and miserable lady honestly. I'm not sure if this lady is the owner or just a worker there but this was on a Monday evening I believe.
