I found this company to be unprofessional, rude and zero laser hair removal results. A terrible first experience. I will never go back. Multiple telephone conversations with this company for a refund. I was promised a refund but to no avail, no refund. I have dealt with this issue for almost 4 months. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I recently purchased and used their fat reduction laser - what a waste of money. Total rip off. I am not even sure if the machine was working. And they had nerve to charge another $9 for taxes. Waste of money - don't buy it.
