It's been my experience that the Sally Beauty Supply employees are SUPER helpful in the USA, but the ones at the Surrey, BC, Canada location kind of didn't care. Not so anymore! Stephania was a great help! Thanks Stephania! So glad I can get the same excellent service and killer products with out having to cross the border. :)
I was looking for gray hair dye which they said they didn't make, not sure who the person was that was helping but she was trying to push black hair dye one me although I knew it would not get the results I wanted. And because I didn't buy anything right before I went to leave she checked my pockets to see if I stole anything which I didn't. It was completely rude and embarrassing. Will not be returning to this location.
