The worst customer service I ever experience, from the receptionist who was also unfortunately the owner. felt very uncomfortable the whole time being there, she was giving dirty looks and looked annoyed. Got a manicure done and my nails looked terrible. Aside from the feeling of uneasiness and bad application of nail polish the workers were very friendly and the treatments, I cannot complain about. One of the workers were trying to sell me products I DID NOT WANT TO PURCHASE, and spoke to me the whole time she was giving me a massage. (Which clearly is a time for relaxation) Overall, I would never want to go back and spend money where I would feel unwanted with shitty service.

I've been going to Bohemian Med Spa for over a year now. I am getting my lazer done and I have seen great results, not to mention the great prices compared to other spas. The staff is very accommodating and very pleasant. The owner is very caring and gives great advise and recommendations. I enjoy every visit- love the serene and relaxing atmosphere. Would Defiantly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very pushy staff, the receptionist insisted on selling more services and products every minute I was in there. The 2nd tightening session that I bought was started by the receptionist and finished by the manicurist. The receptionist got nasty during the treatment because I refused to buy additional services and was determined to use the 3 sessions I had already purchased. Professionally, she had no idea what she was doing that she almost burned my face going much closer to the eye area and using less lotion while the equipment was getting hotter. I will never go back to this place. In fact, I purchased 3 sessions and used only two. Do NOT ever go this place EVEN if it's for FREE.
