Ashley Hargrave from the Beauty Supply Outlet is an amazing hair dresser. She is super professional and dyed my hair exactly the way I wanted and the cut was amazing. Honestly, I have never been so disappointed in my life. I've gone so BSO a few times over the last year and what I thought was a good store turned out to be one of the worst and in my opinion should get a new owner/management staff. Upon my last visit, which was about 2 weeks ago, I found out one of the only staff members that offered assistance or actually treated you with respect and not as an inconvience was let go. Upon talking to another customer there I found out she was let go for absolutely no reason at all and under complete false pretenses. Apparently a lot of their customers are quite upset about it and I can completely understand why. The retail shelves are always a complete mess and difficult to find what you're looking for, there is dirt and dust on everything, also upon further inspection I've been noticing some of their products are a lot more empty then others. When i asked a staff member why some of the hairsprays seemed so empty, they simply replied, "I don't know. Maybe customers spray them and then put them back." and they walked away. What kind of half assed stupid answer is that? There is so much more that I could go on about, but i feel my time and my money is better spent going to Cosmoprof or Sally's because this place just doesn't seem to be keeping up. If the hairspray is half used, who knows what else they could be selling that could have some other kinds of deformities? I wonder what happens to their merchandise that gets returned to them...? Food for thought I guess..

I had the worst experience at the Newmarket Beauty Supply Outlet. I am a chinese female in my mid 40's. I have never felt so marginalized because of my ethnic background. A gentlemen which i believe to be the owner, followed me around the store, stalked me in the mirrors, asking me 12 times "Mam do you need some help? What are you looking for?" i told him all 12 times i was just looking, but that didn't stop his stalkish behavior. I said i noticed you have a salon back there, do you have a price list? He refused to give one to me, and said "Are you from some chinese nail salon?"...I was appolled!! Not all chinese men or woman work or own nail salons. I will never ever, EVER be back there!!! I told him he is so rude, and racist, he replied by telling me he didn't need my business and to get out of his store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unbelievable!! The BSO newmarket is a bunch of racists running a beauty shop if you ask me!!!

Ashley is highly professional, great conversation and best of all highly afforable! I am amazing at the experience and quality you get for the price she gives!! I recommend her to all - Check out Ashley at the BSO Newmarket- you wont be disappointed! She's just excellent!
