Grateful to this place for helping me find a sharper, more professional look for my thirties. Just today I sat next to Councillor Jan Harder as the owners cut our hair. The four of us enjoyed a chat on building small business such as theirs through social media (which is better; facebook or twitter?) and providing free wifi to customers; a memorable experience.
I really like this place, for the first time in my life I can reproduce the haircut and hairdo I was given... I had color done too and it was really nice, natural.
First few times when I went to this place they did a decent job, not worth amount charged but it was ok (btw the hairdresser who gave me that decent haircut no longer works here). This time the most experienced hair dresser in the place messed up my hair cut big time. Right and left side is unevenly cut and is different in length.... Please that is very basic. That too after I took picture of a haircut I wanted.... Service is very bad.. When I pointed out that the one side was longer than the other that hair dresser rolled her eyes and asked where do you want me to cut? Indicating it is your responsibility here onwards... Next day when I went there she tried correcting the hair cut (no apology) but she further messed it up... now I have to wait for hair to grow before I can get it corrected.... Till then I am stuck with this really BAD haircut..... I am not visiting this place again... and my advice will venture at your own risk...hair dressers are way too incompetent at their job... The name of the salon should be LASTING BAD IMPRESSIONS...
