I really enjoyed my experience at this hair salon. Veronica did an incredible job and I had many compliments after my cut. The atmosphere in this place is great. Will definitely go again! Added: I went back today and had Zu cut my hair. He fit me in on short notice and did a great job. Definitely recommended!
Really poor service, very poor haircut. DO NOT GO HERE! I was not going to post this if the owner's reaction to what I felt was a very polite constructive criticism was to slam the phone on me. Got the haircut from the man himself, asked me what I wanted, and went to town on my hair. I mean, the guy wanted to be done with me in 15 minutes or less. Did not use anything to soften my hair, just combed right through my knots. Pulled and poked me with the scissors. Barely put any effort, rushed the whole thing and was ready to get me to go on my way, if it wasn't that I asked him to do something more. I came out of there with hair all over my face and clothes. Out of habit I still tipped him, so when he slammed the phone on me when I called to let him know about the service afterwards I felt that he screwed me twice. And to the owner, you obviously knew you did a horrendous job, and likely knew you wouldn't get my service back, but you could have at least tried to redeem yourself by giving me a second chance with a discount on my next visit.
