First time there was great - got a brazilian and she was sure to leave no hair behind. Second time there - horrible. She was late and the door was locked, then she had me feel her throat glands because they were swollen??. She told me she was going to use the cheap wax on me because I didn't buy her 40$ special cream that "slows the growth of hair". She finally agreed to use her "super expensive soy wax" on me. She did not do a good job AT ALL!!! Left a ton of patches behind in areas that clearly should be waxed…. rushed me out. She did not accept debit or credit as she used to… had to go to the bank and when I came back she was with someone else and the door was locked. I waited 15 minutes to give her the money. Unprofessional. Not a tidy space. Very mediocre wax service. I would not return here. If you want to use some super expensive soy wax, they just increase your prices. Don't force us to buy some stupid cream that you clearly get commission off of….

I've been seeing Lucie for 5 years now, and can personally tell you that she offers excellent services. I've tried a number of places- expensive, high-end, big places, small spas you name it- not one offers an all inclusive package like Lucie does. She's quick, efficient and knows what she's doing. Her prices are low which is great for anyone, because she doesn't believe in ripping people off like the other spas do, for the same service. She's very warm and treats you as someone she's known for a long time. She makes things less awkward. She's already waxing you down there, why not chat a bit? I love this place!

Lucie is fabulous. My waxing is done in mere minutes! The job is fast, professional and very effective – and the price – unbeatable. With the combination of Lucie’s skill and first-rate product line, ther is almost no physical discomfort (even during a Brazilian wax), and her caring nature has always quickly put me at ease – right since my very first visit. As for ingrown hairs, I have followed the after-care routine Lucie recommended, and have ‘never’ had a problem. Making my appointment is pretty easy, I usually just leave a message with the date and time-frame that I would like and Lucie calls me back to confirm. I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Lucie, she’s great and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I have been going to see Lucie every month since I moved to Ottawa in September 2012, and have and still would happily recommend her to anyone. I actually was walking downtown when I heard two women raving about her, which is why I searched her online and gave her a visit! She is efficient and quick, and others have given me bikinis more painful than getting Brazilians with Lucie. She does a great job and knows what she’s doing! She made me feel comfortable on my first visit, and all of my friends who have seen her agree and have returned. There is quality to her services that make it easy to become a return customer, and the fact that she has become a very good friend is another reason I can keep coming back. She is fun and kind and I can joke with her, and she is a good listener and I am able to talk to her about anything. I also respect how professional she is and how much she cares about all her clients. 11/10 for Lucie. Excellent quality, stellar and personable service, and an amazing person.
