I went on the Alizonne diet. I've tried other diets in the past but Alizonne gave me dramatic results which I love. The diet was easy to follow and I didn't feel hungry. The skin treatment meant that target areas looked better and the overall results were stunning. It required a little planning ahead but, believe me, the results were worth it.
