I wanted to try a new place for once BAD idea. I recieved a pedicure and also new gel nails. To make the story short, the lady who was doing my nails happen to tell the lady who was doing my pedicure that she had to meet someone at 7 and it was 6:20 which made me not feel like a welcomed customer. THEN She denied my request for a french tip because in her words, "will take forever to do." While the lady who was doing my pedicure insisted she should do it. THEN she left my gel nails still sticky and did not put the top sealent with another 5 minute dry. She did a quick and horrible job making me feel like a unwanted customer she kept trying to make it up by saying, "next time I will do french tip". NO THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. Now my gel nails have things sticking to them and poorly done. No effort just a quick scheme. I will complain tomorrow. But on the positve side my pedicure came out fantastic. *NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS!!!!

I went to Elite Nails for a pedicure and I must say it was the best service that I have received from a nail salon since I relocated to AZ 4 years ago. The establishment was very clean and sterile. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and polite. Not to mention they did an excellent job! I would recommend Elite Nails to anyone.

Finally a nail salon with personality! I just went to Elite Nails for a pedicure and they did an amazing job. They hand you your own pumice and nail file to keep with you and bring in, and they also give you the package of sterilized tools so that you can relax and enjoy your fungus free service. The staff has personality and they are very professional, I would recommend this place to anyone!
