It is very difficult to get someone on the phone, especially with corporate. My debit card number changed so I updated it in person at the Brimhall location. I haven't been in since, and when I called to see how many Euros I had, the girl at Brimhall never updated my card information so now I have over $350 in charges. This is a horrible mistake on Europhoria and exudes poor customer service. I am a VERY unhappy customer who will not be renewing my membership nor am I going to pay these charges due to their negligence.
Had a great experience at EuroPhoria last week. The staff were friendly and I felt great when I left.

What a joke!!! You're in Bakersfield not Los Angeles. . Pathetic excuse for a business. Consider hiring staff that will be professional and greet your guest with a smile instead of an attitude.
