A little pricy but so worth it!!!!! Cathy is my most favorite and she does everything from waxing to the perfect mani/pedi!!!!!! Muahz
I found Polished quite by accident one day while shopping at a near-by store, and they have since become my exclusive salon. The atmosphere is clean, bright and appealing. I have had several manicures and/or pedicures there and all were done well by their charming and professional staff. (Love those heated towels!) The manager moves through the store directing the action like a watchful air traffic controller and pays serious attention to all comments, concerns and requests. I am thrilled with their services.
It a really great experience. I went here to treat myself. I was kinda disappointed in their nail polish selection. A lot of them seemed old or really used. Everyone there was nice and friendly, even the customers. Great deal fora mani-pedi. The huge downer though, is that one of the ladies doing my nails asked if I was pregnant. I thought that was a taboo question in every culture. I will still go back there despite that. Now I am off to read some reviews on gyms...
the girl at the front desk is on her phone more then anything...i had made an appointment but for some reason she said she didn't have a tech available, so i said its ok i'll do my pedi and if there is anyone available let me know. she never did so i thought she had no one. after i was done with my pedi a tech said she could do my nails and i said but i thought the girl at the front desk said there was no one available and the tech said my app canceled so she can take me and i said i'm sorry but someone should have told me this an hr ago not after i'm done with my pedi. most of the employees there are very very rood!!!! they speak in their language and you know they are talking about you most of the time. the only time the employees are somewhat normal is when the OWNER in there. their attitude SUCKS!!!!!
Forget about walking in or making an appointment on short notice, cause like it says below. The teenagers at the front desk don't care to accomodate you. You usually have to call at least a day in advance, and even then they have limited spots open. It's not worth the time you spend on the phone trying to figure out if you can squeeze a Pedicure or Manicure into yours or their busy schedule. If you happen to get in, they do a great job. But I have found other places that have a nice ambience and do equally good jobs and aren't as hard to get into.
