place is great. Especially for the price. give it a 4/5 stars though because though they have tons oh gel polishes to choose from their polish collection needs some new polishes.

I would totally recommend this nail salon. Tommy does a GREAT JOB with my gel manicure (my nails look fresh 2-3 weeks) Taylor is fabulous with mani, pedi, & wax. Denise, the owner gives excellent customer service she's all about keeping the customers happy. Today for the first time I tried the eyelash extension (I was nervous to see the result) but once I saw my eyelashes long, thick, looking so natural I was ecstatic;-)

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! Yes, it is cheaper than the other salons in the area but you pay the price with your time. They will always tell you there is a 15 minute wait, if they acknowledge you at all. The last time I went, I waited 20 minutes before anyone even greeted me. When I decided to leave for another salon, they jumped up and asked me to wait just a little bit longer. Today, I was once again told it would be a 15 minute wait which turned out to be 35-40 minutes before I was started on. The lady cut my cuticle and it bled and was stinging the entire time I was there. I know accidents happen, but I was in pain for the rest of the day. I found out that my daughter had also bled during her pedicure. IT IS NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW DOLLARS to go to this salon. I will NEVER go back again.

This place needs to be closed down. The owner is not friendly, the service was horrible! Not one friendly smile, they just ignore you. My friend and I felt like cattle, hurry in and then get out! My nails chipped the first day! They use cheap products and they cut my hand twice! Now I have an INFECTION. This is worse nail salon I have ever gone to! And they talk crap about you int heir language! Overpriced and not worth it. I am never coming back!

I don't know what everyone who rates low is talking about! If you're a snobby chino hills bimbo, then people will treat you as such. If you go in showing a little respect and kindness to any business then you will get good service almost 100% of the time. This place offers $13 SPA pedicures - that price is very hard to beat! I always get perfect, long lasting nails. I am a regular. These ladies are sweet if you bother getting to know them, that goes for anything. Bottom line: cheap great place that doesnt deserve to be rated low if you're expecting a Beverly Hills salon.
