I went in to get permanent make-up. There was an advertised "special" for the service, BUT I was charged $100 more. I was told by the person who did my brows, Reda, that she used a "special brush stroke technique that costs more". (Strike 1). Another one of the problems that I had was, there are no posted prices for the permanent make-up. Depending on when you go and who you are, the prices are subject to be different. (Strike 2) Also, the pictures that are posted online are people who were NOT done by Reda. She has a few pictures of some of her work on her telephone, but nothing like you see posted on the website. (Strike 3) Reda is not the friendliest person. She seemed a bit detached. I was told that there would be an anesthetic used so that my brows would be numb during the procedure. Either it was ineffective or it was not used. The whole process was extremely painful. Couple that with not getting the advertised discount, and I would give the experience a C-. The work that she did was okay. I did not use the other services so I will not comment on them, but I would NOT recommend Reda to anyone.

I used the yelp deal to get a brazilian wax here. I called before I booked it, since I had limited time before I went on a trip. After a brief hold, I was told that it was no problem to schedule for the same day! Super friendly front desk, super funny and chatty aesthetician. Clearly very professional and experienced- quick and relatively painless. Very thorough as well! I was so impressed with the service I bought the monthly subscription, which includes waxing and unlimited eyebrow threading every month. Totally worth it- my eyebrows look great as well, with the same aesthetician! Will be trying more services from here ASAP- beautiful clean place.

Walked in 30 min before appt to fill out any paper work, there was none i was having a Microdermabrasion i walked into the room the girl stepped put for 5 min came back washed my face did the micro for 3 min asked if i wanted a mask i said NO she seemed mad put cream on my face & said we are done. The entire session took 8 min. I was so DISAPPOINTED she walked out & didnt even bother to ask if i liked it or was i satisfied. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! they sell packages thru Living Social to get you in then try to sell you other services. POOR service

Wow! What a beautiful place! I went my first time yesterday because I had gotten a groupon for permanent makeup. I was terrified about getting stuck with a needle in my eyelid! My permanent eyeliner was done by Reda. She was fabulous. She was patient, yet undeterred in her task! I was a huge baby! I don't know how she did such a beautiful job while I whined and wimpered. But --- I look fantastic! She did my eyeliner just as I described to her - I like it thin, right up next to the eyelashes and good and dark! It looks exactly as I described to her. She really listened. She is a wonderful lady, but determined to do the job right! Thank you, thank you, Reda! I can't wait to go back and try some other spa treatments too!
