You might find the perfect dress here, but only if you stop looking completely and don't think about it ever again. Remember, sales here are final, and they mean it! I purchased my Stella York dress here a couple of months ago but immediately had my doubts. I called the store within 24 hours and they basically said that there was nothing that could be done, final sales. They pointed me to consignment stores, sigh. So don't learn from my very expensive lesson, be ABSOLUTELY sure you want the dress before you put the $$ down, there should be no rush, even if you feel pressured. If this helps even one bride, I will be happy :) Also, just FYI, you can find preowned designer dresses online for the same price as you do at this store (though also be a cautious shopper online). I got a BRAND NEW Vera Wang for the price I paid for the Stella. And it is gorgeous. Just a thought.
This was the third and final bridal salon I went to! It was by far the best experience. I never thought I would feel so comfortable and not have the pressure put on to buy a dress. Martija made sure I had the greatest time and was sure of my purchase! I am so glad I found my dress here and would highly recommend The Bustle!!
Hello! I just wanted to say that I am 150% pleased with my experience at The Bustle!! I have been shopping for wedding dresses for a month, I went to 5 different stores and tried on over 30 dresses! I had made a rule for myself not to buy a dress if it doesn't make me cry... while I saw A LOT of pretty dresses, none of them made me cry, so I just started thinking Im just not an emotional person so that wont happen. My last appointment was at The Bustle and I thought I already liked a pretty dress at Bridal SHowcase.... the very last dress I tried on was THE ONE! I cried, my mom cried, my maid of honor cried!! it just took 36 dresses ha. Your shop is absolutely beautiful, of ALL the shops I went to had the BEST customer service and a beautiful personal touch. You were the only shop to follow up and confirm appointment, only shop to not be pushy, only shop to give champagne ;), and only shop to send me a questionnaire. Mishka was outstanding and asked me the perfect questions. I am SO excited I made my dress purchase at The Bustle and can't wait to work with you guys for the next year :)
This was my very first wedding dress appointment anywhere and because of my experience here, I know it will be the most special and important one. When I got there, my mum and friend were sipping champaign and starting to pick out their favorites. There was a sign in the front that said "Welcome Alina Our Bride to Be" which was was very nice touch. the store was clean and the woman helping me was very attentive, nice, and made me feel very special (and not rushed or pressured). She had such a good eye for this that every dress (except one) I tried on, I loved. She even let me strut around (for as long as I wanted) in my two absolute favorites (and added a vail and bouquet to get the full bride effect). The best dresses were well below my top budget and if it was not for my other appointment, I would have defiantly walked out with one. This was the first time that I really felt like a bride and and I was glowing for the rest of the day. Thank you for the best service and a great day. Now to decide which or the two I want:)
I dress shopped for a month, tried on over 30 dresses! Since my wedding date is quite far away, I had originally set a rule for myself that the dress had to make me cry in order to purchase it. I had tried on TONS of dresses over the last month, some that I really LOVED but none that made me cry. I’m not an emotional person, so I just stared thinking I wasn't going to be a crier. I almost settled on a beautiful Maggie Sotterro gown, but had ONE more appointment at the Bustle. I went in, upon arrival there was a chalkboard sign saying "Welcome our bride to be Devin", already setting the tone for my antique style wedding at Twin Oaks Garden Estate! Then, they had champagne and cake waiting! Mishka was my assistant and she was so incredible! She was never pushy, I kept liking belts and not talking about the dress, so she told me to not look at the accessory and love THE DRESS. she also kept referring back to the Maggie I liked at another store and made sure I was being honest with my dress opinions. In other words, she wasn't pushy me for a sale, she truly just wanted me to have my perfect dress! We had ONE last dress to try on and I still hadn't liked one as much as the Maggie. I tried on the last one and fell in LOVE. Now I was stuck because I loved both dresses! She guided me through questions to figure out "the one" THEN, she showed me the dress could be altered to an open back corset... she showed me the dress on that way... and I cried!!!! I found THE ONE. my mom cried, maid of honor cried :) The Bustle is so great with their customer service, so personal, and best of all not too over-priced (although they have dresses to suit that as well), they were the only shop that followed up to confirm appointments. I wlll recommend them to all my engaged friends! I can't wait to work with them for the next year until the big day!
