Dr. Sarosy & Dr. Powell operated on the wrong body parts & would not give me my money back. I'm currently suing him for $10,000.00 in small claims court. He is using sooo many different names because he has bad reviews. The following is some of the names he's using:Image Centre Salon and Medical Spa, Dr. Charles Sarosy, East County Vein & Liposculpture Center and Charles J Sarosy, MD His new name is: SD Body Contouring. Other Doctor's has said I didn't do my homework. He has another case at the Medical Board. If you love yourself Do Not Go To Him. The office was dusty & very small. I woke up from surgery in extreme pain. He uses as little as possible to save money. Dr. Sarosy did not have my consent to do the surgery. I never saw him before or after my surgery. This is very shady. my legs are very different. I'm on my 3rd revision to correct the problem. They went down to the bone. I need fat transfers now. I cannot wear a dress or shorts any longer. STAY AWAY OR YOU'LL END UP LIKE ME.!!

I had my consultation with Sarah in Temecula and I loved her!! She is very straightforward and will tell you the good and bad. It was kind of a no-brainer to schedule my surgery with Dr. Sarosy! Cheers to my new breasts!!

I had breast augmentation in Dec 2013 - it has been almost a year. I am really happy with my results and my breasts look super natural. They settled within two months (I have breast fed one child). Dr. Sarosy was straightforward and very professional. His nurses were so great, funny and nurturing like your mom would be. I have also gone back for lip injections since then and love every treatment I have had there!

About a week ago I went to a conslutation for a breast augmentation with Dr.Sarosy and his staff, they were wonderfull ! They went over every thing with me and answered every question that I had. After meeting with Dr.Sarosy I was very confidnet that he was the doctor that I wanted to go with to do my procedure. He's done thousands of breast augmentations at a very affordable price.

I had a consultation yesterday with Dr Sarosy in LaMesa for a Breast Aug. Sarah, was OUTSTANDING. She has already followed up with me today. Today after having another consultation with a different Dr, I am 90% certain that I want to choose Dr Sarosy. The remaining 10% is only because of the anxiety of having surgery. Dr Sarosy, is a one-stop shop, offering procedure in office, undergarments, medication and hopefully the bloodwork as well.
