Omg Josie was perfect, i told her she had an hour to do my hair, she finished right on time without even trying. my hubby loved to great new cut, she's the only one I'll trust with my hair :)
I had my hair cut by a lady at Hair Design named Josie. The first thing I told her was, "I want it cut exactly like it is... same style, it just needs a trim. About an inch." ... She said okay...and after washing my hair the first thing she did was chop off a large piece of hair in the front of my face about 4 inches long. I stopped her to ask her what she was doing... she replied, "I am framing the hair in front of your face." I told her.. "That is not what I asked you to do..." She had to cut the other side to make it even... and then continued to crudely take large pieces of hair and cut them at odd angles. I told her afterwards (the haircut only took about 5 mins) that I was very upset... That she did not do what I asked her to do... I said that I was not trying to be rude or mean but I was extremely unhappy. She replied, "Are you finished...?" .. I was thinking... With what? I asked her if when it dried if I was not happy with it if she would fix it... and she said, "Yes of course, for an extra charge." After seeing my distress another hair dresser came over and dried my hair... I remarked that it was very crooked and uneven... which my grandmother who was with me at the time noticed... and she told me that if I wanted it fixed the lady who did the original cut would have to fix it. I did not want her touching my hair again. She did not listen the first time.. why would she listen now? Why would I have to pay for her to fix her mistakes? The lady who cut my hair came back, and with no remorse or apology she repeated, "Are you ready?" I paid $18 for my cut and left.... About an hour later (after walking around the mall the salon is located in) I came back to get the name of the owner and the name of the lady who cut my hair. The lady who dried my hair gave me their names but told me that the owner does not have a business card or cell phone that I can reach her at, which is highly unlikely. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone... Worst haircut experience of my life.
