Ordered automatic lip liner on 12/16/2014 received package on 1/1712015 with incorrect product. Have tried calling a dozen times ,at various times, to no avail. Have tried number on statement in package and number listed on the internet NO ANSWERS. Have stopped payment on credit card maybe someone will contact me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer Service does not exist at this place. I wish I would've read the reviews prior to placing the order and avoided this place. I placed an order on 2/8/2013. Here today 15 days later , the website advises my order is still "In Processing".
I've sent emails...I've made phone calls that are not answered....I've left messages that have not been returned. I'm filing a claim with PayPal and with the Californian Better Business Bureau.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
