I am new to Altadena, only here 3 weeks and desperatly needed a reshape and trim as it had been months:( I called Supercuts at 1842 Washington Blvd. and booked a walkin. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome!!! Everybody had a beautiful smile on their face... I checked in sat down and within 3 min I was matched up with my stylist, Miranda:) She was SOOOO awesome, great personality a beautiful smile and genuine! I explained I needed the ends trimmed but REALLY trimmed, she quickly GOT IT!! We agreed on how much too cut she showed me what would help give me fullness, I simply trusted her! And VOILA...she did EXACTLY what I wanted! That my friends, Is HARD TO FIND!!! Thank you Miranda...see you in 6-7 weeks:) Micheline Dahl, Altadena CA
Always have a good experience here. I usually call in ahead of time so wait time is never that long even when they are busy. Staff is friendly and cuts are quick, but I have simple hair cuts. I've been to most Supercuts in Pasadena and this is far the most reliable.
Positive experience. I'm new in town and was apprehensive about where to get my hair cut. So far I'm 2 for 2 at Supercuts in Altadena.
I walked right in with only a short wait. I got a simple trim with layers added and a shampoo. The gal doing the shampoo wasn't rushed, but made me feel very relaxed and was quite friendly. My cut turned out fantastic. It frames my face well and is exactly what I was hoping for. I read the terrible reviews and decided to give it a shot anyway. I'm glad I did. A good quality hair cut and shampoo for $20, no hassles.
The worst SuperCuts in creation.(1842 E Washington Pasadena) Let's face it. You go there because you have no money to get pampered in the first place, but for them to continuously shove products in your face, make little or no conversation, insult you about your hair, and do so in broken English while insisting that you get a warm face towling goes above and beyond the scope of suck. The location is dilapidated and the service is insulting. I was even asked if I knew computers last time I was in there and then told, "To come back later," (no apologies) since they couldn't accept my debit card because their machine wasn't working. Don't waste your time.
