Let me first say, I am sure the other gals who work there are excellent at what they do but the girl I got today was awful. I have never complained about a manicure or a pedicure before, I never had to. When she clipped my toes she barely filed the nail, I thought she knows what shes doing. I should have left when she brought out the plumice stone, it looked like one you buy & use for a toilet. I always get a french manicure on my toes, no color. She slopped the white paint on for the tips... It is awful, I think an eight year old could have done a better job. I was in shock when she said ok your done!!!! I paid $30.....When I left, I stopped to look again and my heels were the same as when I went in, that is really why I go, to get my feet nice and soft, and my feet are not hoofs by all means.. I went back in to tell her for $30 I expect a little more effort. I am soooooo mad.

Went in to get my nails filled for a p&w. they looked great!! 2 weeks later went in for a pedi and p&w fill .. Pedi not so great! $50 altogether. When I read Kristy post I could relate. Don't stop your self form speaking up. I was going to a wedding later that day and I was not about to fix it myself. I'm going to stop in again today and get my nails done. But I may just look else where to get my pedi done. Unless Im in to mood to eye ball everything the lady does to make sure she doesnt miss a thing. But that just takes the fun out of pampering yourself. I rate the nails a 9 out of 10 and the pedi 4 out of 10 . hope this helps
