I brought my son here who is 10 and had not had a haircut in over a year ( he wanted long guitar hero hair ). I was a little apprehensive because the lady was older. But I pointed to a picture of a Justin Bieber look-alike and said I want it to look look this, but to cover his forehead more becasue he has a bit of acne. She did wonderfully!! It came out just like the pic. Her name is Alba and I highly recommend her. I am going to try them for my hair next....
