I love Best Little Hair House! I go to the owner, Patty Hardy. Her years of experience in the industry and her passion really come through. My hair is thin and it was difficult for me to grow it long because it would always break off. Patty gave me a few easy tips to protect my hair, and now my hair has grown to the middle of my back and never looked so great! She is the first hair stylist to actually match highlights in my hair with my naturally lightening I get from the sun. She truly is the best and I look forward to my appointments. Her private booths are great too so you feel special vs. getting moved all around the salon. I've referred a lot of people to her and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Bad haircut, really bad! My daughter's friend(13) even noticed it and said what happened to your hair. It looks so uneven. Cut is so bad I don't think I will go back to have her fix it. can't take a chance.

When I moved to Simi, I was unfamiliar with the local hair salons. I went to a place at the mall that did a terrible job. The next time I searched around, I found Best Little Hair House and hooked up with Lisa. She is awesome and has been doing my hair now for years. She understood exactly what I want every time, even when I don't know the exact terminology. Another time I had another gal Laureen do my hair and she was wonderful as well. My hubby's aunt and cousins who live in simi have also been going here for many many years.

Terrible. I had an appointment at 3:30 and I showed up on time. At 4:00 the hair dresser came out and I couldn't get my hair down because I had to be somewhere... she knew all this. It was all written down! I had two hours and she didn't even apologize for it. She acted as if it was my fault for having a meeting. Terrible service. Will never go back.

I was in from out of town and really needed a haircut. I walked in and Gloria helped me out. She was very friendly and did a great job for a first time to cut my hair, so I was very happy. I'm a guy with straight hair, so maybe not too much of a challenge, but my experience certainly seems different from other reviewers.
