I have been to this location 3 times. All 3 with different people; all 3 fine experiences. 1st time only to buy a hair product - on my way into King Soopers - prioduct was in stock & best price around. 2nd time for a haircut only- quick & perfectly done & the stylist was friendly (to offset earlier review). 3rd time for hair coloring- here I had the store manager & she was exceptionally good.
I had to wait at least 20 minutes, even though I was the only one there. There was only 2 hairstylists there, 1 on a break and the other one off. A lady who came in after me got to go first. When it was finally my turn, the lady was so rude. Not even a friendly smile. I showed her the haircut I wanted, and she wouldn't do it because my hair wasn't that long. Yeah well I wanted the style not the length lady. I am now left with a horrible haircut, she butchered my hair, and I have no money to fix it. Thanks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
