I have to say it was a complete waste of time and money...when I was measured in the begining it was a loose measurement. At the end it was a tight measurement. Bottom line if it looks too good to be true...it is. Of course you are going to loose inches if you diet and excercise...that is a no brainer. I had one staff member that was managing my progress that never talked to me and treated me like I was invisable and when the timer went off 90% of the time she was on the phone and never spoke to me or asked me where I wanted to loose. She put it where she didn't have to put herself out. I had to move the lasers to the spots where I wanted results. On the pictures you see arms down where you are fat and arms up where you supposedly lost...well friends that is a scam. Maybe it works on wrinkles and frekles but it didn't work on my fat.
