I was a loyal customer and will never go back. I got a shellac manicure (that should last at least 2 weeks). It started chipping on Day One and it wrecked my nails. I returned to explain what happened and they treated me like a criminal, clearly talking about me in their native language and casting me dirty looks. The woman I spoke to said I was trying to rip them off by getting a free manicure. My nails were short and wrecked and asked to come back for a redo in a couple weeks. They finally agreed, reluctantly. "But only for polish, not for full manicure, and if you complain again we won't redo it". So here is the truth, Deluxe Nails: If people have a bad experience OR a good experience, they will tell their friends. Treat a loyal customer like scum and that is a very bad mistake. I have since told numerous people never to go there, and those who I referred in the past won't come back either. Deluxe Nails, you blew it. And now your competitors have our business.
While it may look just like any other nail place this is my absolute favorite! They do a very good job and while it might seem trivial, they do the best/most creative designs on your toes.
